Stillness, quiet and softness are some of the main precursors to deep relaxation and a calm mind, which in turn help us to reset our nervous systems, hormone balance, ground, cleanse and strengthen our subtle energies. As we practise STILLNESS our own holistic healing systems releases our resistance guiding us magically forwards to our next optimum equilibrium of mind, body and subtle energy.
Often due to busy modern lives (and many other reasons) we may forget about the natural benefits of stillness and all she brings, but even when we remember, we cannot always recognise, embrace and trust her; sometimes our fears, stressors and anxieties block the way.
